Greater Victoria drivers with hazy headlights
The Clear-Lens Restore: both headlights machine-restored and ceramic-coated in your driveway, for $169 a pair instead of $500–1,500 a side at the dealer. If they haze again, we redo them free.
Text a photo of your headlights to 604-441-9750. You get a yes/no and the exact price within the hour. No visit, no pressure.
The problem
Badly hazed lenses pass about 22% of the light a new headlight does. On a wet, unlit road in November that's the difference between seeing the deer and not.
Replacing a headlight assembly runs $500–1,500+ per side before labour, for a problem that's only on the outer surface of the lens.
Store kits strip the haze, then finish with a thin sealant. UV eats it by spring and the lens yellows again, often worse.
Why this works when kits don't
Factory headlights ship with a UV hardcoat. After 6–10 years it breaks down and yellows. Polishing it doesn't fix the cause; you have to take the failed layer off and put a real hardcoat back on.
Proof

The offer
Priced piece by piece at what a shop would charge, then what you actually pay.
Four-stage sanding to optically clear. The part that takes the skill.
Not a sealant. The layer that keeps it clear through two Island winters.
If they haze, yellow or peel, we come back and redo them free.
At your home or work, evenings and weekends. No drop-off, no ride home.
Full masking, insured, photos of the car before we start.
Before and after from the same angle, texted to you with your receipt.
Bonuses
An aftercare card now and a message before next winter so you never find out your lights are gone on the first dark night.
Tail and fog lenses ceramic-coated the same visit for $49, instead of a second appointment and a second call-out.
Hand them to anyone whose lights look like yours did. They get $20 off; you get $20 off your Protect Plan.
The guarantee, in full
"If your headlights haze, yellow or peel within 24 months, we come back and redo them free. No forms, no arguing."Applies to lenses restored by BriteFinish. Cracked lenses or moisture inside the housing can't be restored, and we'll tell you that from your photo before you book, not at your driveway.
Why now
We're new in Victoria and trading price for proof: the first 50 cars get the full $169 Restore for $99 in exchange for a before/after photo and an honest Google review. When it hits zero, it's gone.
One operator, one truck. Ten cars a week is the limit, and the Founding spots go first.
Every commute home is in the dark after the first weekend of November. Book before the rain and the dark arrive together.

Most can. Cracks, moisture inside the housing and lenses that were painted or deeply gouged can't be restored. That's exactly why we quote from a photo: you'll know before anyone drives anywhere.
The kit's final step is a sealant that UV destroys in months. Ours is a ceramic hardcoat applied to a machine-prepared lens. That's the difference between "looks good today" and a two-year guarantee.
No. We mask the paint and trim around each lens, photograph the car before we start, and carry liability insurance.
No. Park the car where we can reach both headlights; an outdoor tap nearby helps. Photos, receipt and your guarantee arrive by text when we're done.
We work under a canopy in light rain. In heavy rain we move you to the next dry slot, usually within two days, and you keep your Founding price.
We come to you anywhere in Greater Victoria, from Sidney to Sooke, and further up the Island by arrangement. You can also drop in at 1824 Store Street, 2nd Floor, Victoria. Tap, card or e-transfer once you've seen the result.
